Q1. I want to get some Free samples from your company, can I?

A: Company policy that all customers must pay 2 times the sample fee and shipping costs, when you place an order, sample fee will be returned to you.

Q2. What is the MOQ of your products?

A: The MOQ of our products is 50 pcs for one model( same color, same size...).

Q3. I'd like to Mix several models in one container. May I?

A: Certainly. We recommend that you’d better select 2 or 3 models in one container.

Q4. We'd like to print our logo on the appliances. Can you make it?

A: Of course, we provide OEM service which including silk print logo printing, gift box design and carton design(remind: MOQ is 1000pcs with Logo custom ).

Q5. How about the Delivery time?

A: 35- 45 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal condition.

Q6. Can I get Discount from buying your goods?

A: As everybody knows that the price depends on the quantity. We will automatically making discount to our regular customer.

Q7. I'd like to know your Payment way?

A:  30% in advance, 70% before shipment by T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight and so on.
